The black cat
Watches every idea, every sketch and every late night at the desk. Has never once looked impressed, and considers that a professional standard.

Curious worlds. A little mischief.
Independent games with personality.
Built on curiosity. Supervised by cats.
Death By Two Cats is a small, fully independent game studio. We make games we would want to play ourselves: curious little worlds in a matte, low-poly style, with a warm heart and a bit of mischief.
There's no publisher behind us and no deadline we didn't set ourselves. Just a desk, a lilac computer, a lot of ideas, and two cats who make sure the work gets done. Mostly from the top of the monitor.

We follow the ideas that make us lean in closer, then build worlds that invite you to do the same.
No publisher, no committee, no leash. Staying independent lets us take our time and care about the details.
Games should be fun to make and fun to play. We keep things warm, a bit odd, and never too serious.
Every studio needs leadership. Ours has four legs each, very strong opinions, and a strict policy against being disturbed.

Watches every idea, every sketch and every late night at the desk. Has never once looked impressed, and considers that a professional standard.

Runs operations from the warmest spot in the studio, usually the top of the monitor. Firmly believes that every good decision starts with a nap.
Good things. Occasionally.
